Our Foundation course runs for 21 days one of the longest you will find anywhere in the world and we feel it just barely covers the core competencies required of a good Protection

We will train you to be a good pistol shot as part of the course but the other 95% of the course will be spent learning the foundation skills of this fascinating profession. This 95% may be somewhat less glamorous than the perceived image of our industry, but it is these core competencies that will

Top employers of protection officers are no longer interested in a bouncer in a suit, today’s protection officers are highly skilled professionals who are proficient in surveillance and counter surveillance, communication, personnel management and team building, all this in addition to being excellent combat marksmen and experts in protective security.

It is an operator’s ability to plan ahead and negate potential threats that reflects his true profession, when on operations he must have the ability to rapidly assimilate information, identify potential threats and either mitigate against them or neutralize them before they develop into something that could cause harm to their client.

Today’s operators are required to interact with people at all levels in a calm and professional manner, these skills are far more important that being a large muscular martial arts expert.

Our training courses are designed around years of operating experience, all our instructors were once students at the center and everyone of them are proficient operators in their own right.
